OUR TEAM
"Compassion" is the key
word at AlfredHouse. Our team is ready to serve you with a warm smile
and plenty of love
and care. Our staff members are dedicated to their profession and
enjoy their work with the elderly.
The AlfredHouse team of caregivers, trained with the latest guidelines
from the Maryland Office of Health Care Quality, ensures quality care
and safety for the residents of AlfredHouse facilities.
The staff is trained and
certified in Medication Management, CPR, First Aid and Aging &
Sensitivity Awareness to assist residents with their day-to-day
activities of toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing and eating. They are instructed in
Medication Management to ensure that doctor's orders are followed.
Incontinence - bowel and
bladder control - is an area we specialize in. We collaborate with the
Urology Wellness Center to train our staff in the remedial care of
residents with related problems.
It is our policy to provide on-going training to the staff members.
The staff to resident ratio is no less than 1-4.
